Pink trousers

Local fishermans co-op has fetching pink trousers in durable cotton. Slightly elasticated at the sides, which helps the fuller figure. I wear them to blend in in Brittany.

Black Club buttons on my weefer for the yot and the one at home for funerals, etc, of course, de rigour since our Founder, Prince Albert and his wife, Queen Victoria, died.

I recently discovered that my grandfather was born the very day QV was buried.
I've set a reminder in my calendar, and recently wore his (possibly) 21st birthday pocket watch for his 114th birthday.
ObBoat:he was on the SS Volendam (as a teacher) in 1940 when CORB didn't quite work out - if he'd been on the Benares, well, maybe I wouldn't be here.

Black with yacht club insignias of course. The problem, as with the burgees, is to make sure that each of my clubs is represented in the right order of seniority. And to leave some space for the Squadron, just in case they ever feel the need to invite me to join .And what buttons do you have on your own blazer ?
