Is the access to the Pin Mill hard still the same since completion of the works to it. I used to reckon on 2 hrs either side of HW.

Yes, no change to the end of the hard, it's just a better surface to get there...

And spoil the fun? By my reckoning you can get on/off the hard with about 1.1m on the Harwich tide gauge, which you can check on the HHA website. I have it as a shortcut on my phone. Some days less than an hour either side of low...
