Read my Classic Boat last night and went to the Harry King's Yard article first, seeing as Roach will be based there in a few weeks. With amusement I read that "Pin Mill skirts a small bay on the North bank of the River Orwell in Suffolk".

OK I know it must have been a case of geographic dyslexia but I thought I would put it right here seeing as it is becoming a Mecca for Classic Boats in this country: Pin Mill, is ofcourse, on the South Bank and the North Shore across from Pin Mill is Orwell Park School.

Oops. Of course it is - I must have meant the north side of the Shotley peninsular. Or something. Anyway I really should have known better and will probably be drummed out of the Arthur Ransome Society now. Particular apologies to the staff at Orwell Park who are probably going to have to add a boatbuilding course to the curriculum as a result of this. Glad to note Roach has found a mooring
