Once again a fleet of Bristol Channel Pilot Cutters will asemble off Barry Harbour to race for the Lundy Cup and Barry Yacht Clubs "Cock of the Bristol Channel Burgee" which the winning boat will be entitled to fly for the year.
This year will see the largest fleet ever with 8 boats registered for the race, they include the new cutter "Edith Grey" and the distinctive yellow "Mischief". Tony Winter will be defending his last years win in "Cornubia", so we should see some keen racing.
The start will be off the entrance to Barry Harbour just before HW which is at 9.57am
Barry Yacht Club would welcome you to come down and see these lovely boats get under way.
