Not for Med, but if for British Isles/France, sailingalmanac.com may be of use.

I find visitmyharbour mildly useful, but again, UK only.

Think your best answer for a specific question like that would be to search the whole of the Web using google, rather than leafing through a particular site that may well not exist.
