Pie Fillings (FB or not?)

Over this weekend, myself, SWMBO & family are hosting an esteemed member of the forum, with his SWMBO and family.

Our guest has a fond love of the Fray Bentos pie, but his (nor my) SWMBO are keen on them, therefore it has been decided that my SWMBO will make a home made version instead!

We, as hosts, are trying to decide what the filling will be?

As this is a huge and thorny subject, I felt it worthy to be referred to the forum and the vast pie eating experience that lurks on here.

The forumite is Truantagain who has been working too hard recently and has let his foruming slip a bit, although I am aware he has been lurking today judging by the e-mail!
