Picture test,

If we have got to have loads of picture while you f...rt about learning how to use the forum, after all these years, can we have something a bit more-- -------shall we say-------- feminine? :encouragement::encouragement:
I can go to Shotley marina or Eastbourne & look at lock gates & before you know it some bright spark will flood the thread with pictures of the d..d things. You know how these forums go
But if you posted a nice bit of ....... !!!!!!
It might cheer us all up

This is more your style then.

Why doesn't the "Preview Post" button tell you all you need to know?

It doesnt tell you how to post a picture, it simply shows your imput. Its not a tutorial. If imput wrong, output pants. Richard S kindly pointed out how to do it properly, hence my picture frenzy from my recent trip.

But you can see if the output is "pants" yourself with the preview button. I don't understand why you need to ask anyone else.

If you're on windows the imgur app makes it even quicker - keyboard shortcut , select screen area and paste into post.

Ok. Once again.

The preview post function shows you what you are about to post. If you havent done it right, its just a line of letters and numbers, not a picture.

It doesnt tell you how to turn that into a picture. Richard S explained that to me. And anyone else who is reading this thread.

I dont understand why you dont understand. :)
