Photoshoot of girl band on my Westerly Centaur

A friend of mine manages a Cornish girl band and wants me to take the band out on my Westerly Centaur, to the Plymouth Breakwater, and take photos of them "draped" over my luxury sleek yacht hehe.

Problem is, there's 7 of them, me and the photographer. So that's 9 people in total onboard.

Couple of questions...

Will my Centaur be able to cope with that amount of people onboard?

Am I going to get in trouble with the water police - ie is this legal?

Anything else I should know?

Your 'treadmaster' may make a bigger impression on them than the boat itself.

No problem with the weight, you'll need the space for all the bums though.

Make sure the heads is working, and issue instructions.

You really got enough lifejackets or will your friend be providing them?

No chance. Need to split them between 2 Centaurs: mine & yours. We could meet in the middle.

No problem! Last year my daughter (who lives in Germany) brought over to Wales 12 young ladies on an English trip. They wanted to go for a sail (well motor) so off we went up the Daugleddau river in Milford Haven. Had a great time but when we got back, one of the girls was sitting on the jetty! She had gone to the loo just as we were loading. Trouble was, no one missed her!

LOL at the funny replies. But lay off with the negative ones hey! They're a good bunch of lasses working very hard to make it in an extremely competitive industry. They're all working full time and pay for a lot of what they do from their own pockets.

On that note... If anyone in the Cornwall/Devon area has a yacht more suited to this, and wants to help these Cornish ladies out for an hour one sunny day, please say so.

Oh yer, make sure you have your own comara and tell the Mrs, or she may get the wrong idea!

Love to do it myself, but we are probably a bit small at 31feet.... Go down to Wessex at PYH and see if you can talk them into lending one of the big new 455 dufours or something.... Tell em it would be good publicity!
