Photobucket hosting

Vyv, whilst I realise now is probably not the best time for you to be trying to fathom the internet, from previous posts I seem to recall your are having to change your host for your site. You can quite easily put your photos into a folder in your new site. You can then link to those photos and of course you are in complete control. It's a little more cumbersome but quite functional.

Thanks for that idea. I will ask Magical Armchair who is kindly building the new site for me.

I cannot see your image, only a Photobucket nag screen.

I would put in a screenshot of what I see except that I haven't yet got round to finding an alternative to Photobucket for my own forum pics

(I don't object to paying a small fee for decent service for this kind of thing, but I certainly won't be paying slow, ad-ridden, grasping Photobucket)

Same here; I haven't used Photobucket for ages as it's so cumbersome, but they just sent me the grasping message, a huge own goal which should cost the job of the genius who came up with it, as it translates to me and I'm sure 99% of people as ' Please do not use Photobucket under any circumstances '... I found Flickr good for posting images on another site.
