Does anyone have one of these engines as mine has a slight problem. The engine runs fine but the drive for the hand start and pulley for the waterpump and alternator doesn't turn with the engine. Before I dismantle it , is there a shear pin within the drive that may have broke.

I have my copy of the AC22WM operators handbook. The hand drive pulley has a parallel key fitted (.25 by.25 by .75 inches). I will attempt to forward a copy of the parts breakdown if you send me your email address.
