We take our parrot everywhere, he is as mad as a hatter and loves his sailing, he loves the different noises and mimics them so well that we are often confused when an alarm goes off, is it the boat or him. He now has a grasp of basic boat commands and regularly shouts them, this is in addition to singing Tina Turner songs at the top of his voice and making people think she is aboard.
He loves the views, different scenery, and finds being out of his routine interesting and entertaining, he often shouts at passers by and has us in fits of laughter when he hears their mobile phones, which he mimics very well. The number of people looking for their phones when he starts is highly amusing; he has his own conversations and has now learned to shout her and tell her to put the kettle on.
If you have an African Grey you will never be short of laughs.
