Not near Chi but Hadlow Marine in Tonbridge, Kent did a lovely job making mine from a drawing. Very nice to deal with.

You mean cut to shape or for the raw materials to do it yourself?

I am thinking of getting new washboards but would want the edges rebated that goes a bit beyond my plastic working skills
