Sorry could of worded it better I wanted a yacht so I was looking for one and found her on Internet the people selling run the moorings they gave me 1 years moorings for free when I bought the boat I thought I would buy it so at least if I sold her and got another one I would have a mooring to put it on
So I rent the mooring of them

Have a look on Sail data, that should give you your main size, Give Kemp sails a ring, they will have your sail sizes, Why 2 stanchions tied togeather, that leak on the port side follow it up underneath, if it's coming from Four bolts, it's one of the stanchions.i agree it's in a bit of a mess,will take sometime to sort out properly, the deck paint is flaking badly, get that stanchion sorted and the leak, remove the stain afterwards, repair the transom, someone might have cut it away to fit a large engine, and the cowling or cover was fouling the underside of the tiller, get it looking clean then dump it, proberly get £500 for it,with out sails on eBay.dont bother recovering cushions, just clean them. Enjoy.Follow what Tandora said for the keel bolts, it will be better to get boat on dry land, is there a load of weed clinging to the boat at the waterline.
