The spares dept is a bit of a mess and understaffed so have a few coffees handy when you dial 01733-583000
The lads are very curteous when they get to you and parts arrive the next day if yoou give a switch or credit card number.

Found out why no joy, helpful personage at other end of phone required engine Nos & approx year of manufacture (duly supplied) then went and inserted build year in middle of engine number !!!!!!!! No wonder all had to be refered to tech bods !!!!!!!!! Will see what they can come back with now, fingers crossed. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
