need a copy of perkins prima m50 workshop manual. dont really want to pay £30 like some websites have suggested! infact im not keen on paying anything for it if i can get it for free!! any suggestons! cheers

Try e-bay, several sellers of workshop manuals for all sorts on CD.

Have you tried googling? I have downloaded the workshop manual for the Perkins Perama, but I am afraid I do not have the url any more. I would be surprised if your manual were not be available from the same source.

IVE BEEN TRYING ALL AFTERNOON WITH NO JOY! NEVER HAD THIS TROUBLE BEFORE!!! IVE TRIED GOOGLE AND JEEVES, I DOWNLOADED AN MD11C MANUAL LAST YEAR AND IT WAS FREE, BUT EVERY SITE I LOOK AT WANTS MONEY FOR THE DOWNLOAD ON THE M50 FAIR ENOUGH IF IT WAS A NEW ENGINE BUT ITS NEARLY 20 YR OLD! CHEERS ANYWAY

Try your Library, ours gets them in about 2/3 days from a main Library, £1 if memory serves.

cheers alan, tried the site it has the m20 m25 m30 m35 but not the m50!!! its the closest to a free workshop manual ive been all nite!!

It depends what you need to do to the engine but I've used a Haynes Austin Montego diesel engine manual bought on eBay for £1. It has all the relevant torque settings and repair procedures for the non-marinised parts.
