fuel lines

Hi, I am going to replace the glowplugs on my Perkins perama, but to get them out I need to remove the fuel lines and banjo fittings to the guvnor. I don't want to disturb the fuel lines until I know the size of the washers I need, the engine was made in Japan.
Does anyone know the size of the washers I require please? I can't find the info anywhere.

I would suggest that you find a diesel injector servicers near you/your boat. Take the washers into them & ask them for copies, as I doubt that they would be any special size. The Perkins diesel has been around for decades, so parts like that would be easily available.Google for the nearest diesel injector servicers. Hope this helps.

Alternatively you can reuse them. You have to anneal them first by heating.

Thanks, can't anneal as they are dowty.

DiPerk have a very helpful technical support guy who could undoubtedly answer the question. I've found them great for Perkins spares.

Thanks all done, I used dowty washers, m6 for the fuel feed from the filter.
