Perfect Storm (movies); the crew on the sailboat

Sad story to relate on this one ...

My Russian wife who only experience of sailing is with me basically thinks the movie is great !! (I think it ludicrous and a story that should have been treated better by idiots in Hollywood ...).

Because she likes it we have 2 Vid's of it ..... 1 in Estonian / English, 2nd in Russian ........ so if anyone wants to see it in Russian or even funnier Estonian ...... give me a call, second thoughts don't bother - it's even more crap like that !!

Seriously old chap, you've got some very dodgy views there, the kind that might get you fired at work if you were to voice them.

If your crew feel the need to do that, then they clearly don't have faith in you or your decisions, and the blame for that falls squarely on your shoudlers.

Howcome an antiquated fool like you has got boatloads of women anyway? Makes me think you might be talking ****.

The way to go .....

Quite often I have some rather nice looking ladies on boat - it may be a small tub - but ......

So they want this that and various ...... answer is a shrug of shoulders, quiet yes .... few glasses of plnok and then get on with what you were going to do anyway - they don't notice !!!!

Think I joke ....... believe me I do not !

I know this was only a film, but 3 years ago I sailed in Kiev on a yacht with 7 Ukrainians, four of which were woman. Before we left the shore, all the woman were sent below. When we got out into the river the skipper allowed them on deck, but they had to go below again as we arrived at the sailing club further up the river.

When we went ashore, the woman were sent to prepare a meal, I was told off for helping to set the table. My then Ukrainian girlfriend, one of the four woman, thought that this was OK and normal.
