Penta 2000 series Injector sleeve tool

If I'm not mistaken the author of "RAN sailing" youtube channel does a refit of his volvo and a change of the injectors with a special tool in the following video's :

Quite right but he got VP to send them to him halfway across the world! God knows what it cost him. Try phoning parts4engines and talking to Jeremy the owner, he has one of these engines was talking about having some of the tools made up

I appreciate that everyone is trying to help me out here, but this thread is over 2 years old. ;)

I was wondering if anyone knows 100% if there should be two type of washers between the injector and injector sleeve on my 2003 series.
I have pulled an injector and there were two. I am having difficulty finding a part number for the replacement but also some say there shouldn’t be any washers there. Please help!

No washers as the copper sleeve does the job. Using washers may cause the injector spray pattern to be upset by imact with the head.

Part of the reason that those sleeves leak is that the copper anneals and therefore doesn't seal well. Some of the solutions mentioned may well work (I've seen worse done), just be very, very careful if you are using grinding paste anywhere near the cylinder. I've seen very small amounts of that stuff wreck engines before now.
