Pearl 55 Sport Fire Damaged

Sorry if this has been posted before, but just found this:

Boat is 2005, advert posted July 2010, but the bow still has the sign writing from what I presume was its introduction at a boat show... Would someone call their new boat "The New P55 Sport" or has this been sitting around for 5 years?

28K also seems a lot of cash for 2 engines and a few spares......

It caught fire on Magaluf beach last summer I think (maybe the summer before). It was the bow thruster that caused it I believe. I think it was probably about 1 year old at the time. The story here is that it drifted over the buoys marking the swimming area and they tried to get it off by using the bow thruster.

Doesnt say much for their wiring either as if it was fused correctly then it should not have caught fire!

I have seen many anchor winch and bow thruster motors which have never had the thermal cutout wired up.
