Latest copy go get it apart from having our very own star POWERSKIPPER in it I thought it was a very good read this month.

Agreed, had some very good articles in it this month... its becoming a better read than some of the more motor boat dedicaated mags???

Cheers,

Craig.

I agree that it was a good read and, in fact, PBO seem to have a more robust attitude to the red diesel debate than our own MBY which is ironic
They still appear a bit sniffy about motorboats though. A couple of instructional articles but no cruising or experience features. They still have some way to go before they serve the mobo community as well as the yottie lot, IMHO

What you did not see was it was raining, the fact we had to play musical boats as well and it was taken the morning of the forum meet at Mercury , which is why we had to leave yarmouth at 7,30 am. to get back in time. We had an audience on the pontoon as well and borrowed some young Lady's off another boat to demonstrate rope work, those pic may appear yet! /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

I was speaking to Jake end of last week - he says circulation up 11%. Should have been doing photo shoot with him yesterday with Soli but circumstances were against it. Will probably happen some time this week now!. I think it has a lot more practical stuff than the other titles. I'll be switching my sub with my current title when it ends.

Yes I agree, after my long winded letter to the IPC management on scuttlebutt I fell the staff at PBO have really resolved themselves this month. <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.ybw.com/cgi-bin/forums/showthreaded.pl?Cat=&Board=ym&Number=513553&page=&view=&sb=&o=&vc=1#Post513553> here</A>

I asked for local pilotage, expected more marina hopping, and what do they go and do; An article about a guy sailing from Northwich to Anglesey, he had to navigate the River Weaver and pass the Sutton swing bridge, which I can almost see from the house.

I ask for more multihull awareness and there is an article written by Mr. Woods about his long term cruising on his own cat.

What am I going to winge about now!

Well done to the PBO staff!
