PBO iPad app empty Library

I've just downloaded the PBO iPad app from the iTunes Store. I clicked Get It Free, entered my subscriber details and signed in. I've now got an empty Library, with no apparent means of getting content.

After I had put in my subscriber details and created the password I received an E mail saying that my system was now set up.Sure enough the PBO was sitting in the News Stand and when I click on it the sample edition and the June,July and Summer issues are sitting there to download,but not the August one yet.It works OK for me so far.

Yes, August has not appeared yet for me either but I did get my print copy a few days ago.

It seems that you have to use the email address that you used when you ordered PBO, or at least the email address they have on file. This is crazy, apart from the fact that I don't know what address they have, the name and postcode should be enough to identify me.

I had the same problem, two different e-mail adresses and they do not make the significance clear in their instructions. I assumed the wrong one to log in and had a frustrating day trying to diagnose the issue - in fairness to their support folks they did fix it within 48 hours and now I have all my copies of PBO and YM on my iPad

Beware though, the downloads are about a couple of hundred megabytes each
