A search for past articles on the PBO website turns up a double article about relining a Westerly Seahawk in Jan and Feb 2004 also an article in Motor Boats Monthly in Feb 2003.

Available at £4.95 a pop.
Loads of first hand advice available from those of us who have done this task ourselves on here as well of course.
If you talk to Hawke House Marine, they will give you a facsimile of the article, for it was they who donated the skilled labour and the knowhow.
We got all our materials from them, and they were really great with advice and handouts.

Go to the re-prints section HERE and do a search in all categories for 'headlining'. The articles regarding the Seahawk (and others) are downloadable from there.
