With SWMBO having bought me a PBO sub for Christmas (first issue arrived this week! can you believe that?!) I also get access to the app version. Is it just me or does the zoomed resolution leave a lot to be desired?

There should be no problem with pinch and zoom? the page will settle should be the same just bigger?
 
The pinch and zoom works, it's just that at anything approaching maximum zoom (or by double tapping on a page) the text and pics both get a wooly edge to them. Readable but not pin sharp. It's almost like the old days of print on a slightly absorbent paper. I'm using an original iPad.

Ahh iPad 1 that may be the problem as it is now starting to cause some issues with some apps due to processor. Not just is but I will double check. Cheers
