Hi - I received this video yesterday from my Guardienage chaps. The motor was new last year, so would be interested if anyone has experienced similar.

nope, does it work though Mark?
doesn't sound good for sure, could it be debris on the oil getting itself to the pump part and messing with it?
otoh, if it's the el.motor only that's making all this noise (also likely) motor looks foobared, but why.

Mine stopped working and upon investigation I found that one of the magnets on the casing had come loose and jammed it, perhaps this has happened but it is not fully jammed, hence the noise?
