Anyone successfully using the Passeport Escales app?

Have got my member number set up and linked to card. Input some trial book out and return dates from home marina. Can see a list of “offers” under Services menu - actually it looks like 5 nights from every participating marina.

Then I’m stuck! Whatever I tap on, I can’t find a way to accept an offer of nights. Any ideas? Or experiences? Seems an excellent scheme: 2 free nights in each participating marina. Ideal for a summer on the move.....

Just a thought, have you registered with your marina. If not, your account may not have been activated. That is what happened to me a couple of years ago.

That’s a good thought, thanks. The answer is that the marina restored my account (lost when I moved from Cobbs to Chatham) and booked me out for the summer. You’ve made me think now - wonder whether that’s the source of the problem. Will try a call to MDL towers on Monday. Suspect we’ll still be weather bound, looking at the forecast!

Been using it for 3 years. You don't need to accept any offers. Book out of your home marina between given dates then just turn up at a participating marina as usual and show them your card when it comes to paying.

Usually where there are five nights offered it means not more than two nights consecutively.

I’ve never needed to book in somewhere on the PE app...I simply book out of my home marina and when I get to a member marina they look on their system and accept me. I know it works ad I had actually failed to book out of my home marina early enough that day (10am from memory) and thesystem at my destination would not allow me my free night
