I have just acquired what I am sure is a Pascal Atkey Pansy heater. It has 2 flue sections a short one of approx 8 inches which attaches directly to the heater and a piece approx 18 inches which looks mated to this. The longer piece has a peculiar terminal, almost concertina like, with slots which may be for a hull fitting. I think in addition I need a 2 foot sectionfor above the deck. I need advice on attaching together the two pieces which I have, the purpose of the terminal, deck fittings and external flue. Can you help ?

I have a 'Pansy' heater fitted aboard my boat, but the 'flu is purely a length of stainless tube with an elbow in which comes off the heater, then two straight sections which are a push fit together, each about 2 foot long. That takes the flu up through my cabin top. There is a loose fitting flange ready drilled, which fits over the top inner section and sits against the deckhead. On the outside is a short section with a flange welded round it which fits over the pipe protruding from the deck and can be through bolted to the inner flange to hold the flu in situ. I'm not familiar with the concertina type fitting you describe, perhaps something made up for the previous owner?
They seemed helpful at Pascal Atkey when I bought mine,re spares etc: they might advise you or supply any parts you need.
