parking at waldringfield

We're planning to pick up crew at waldringfield on Friday evening and drop them back on Sunday, the only parking seems to be pay and display with a maximum of 24 hours. Does anyone know if there is anywhere else to leave a car there for a couple of days?

Our only alternative on that side of the river would be Felixstowe ferry and that really doesn't fit our planning.

last time i was there the pay and display was out of action. You would be able to park in the village a little further back for free.
