Has anybody converted Volvo pushrod 4 or 6 cylinder petrols to run on parafin?

No but I have been told you can run on up to 1/3 mix of parafin with just maybe retarding timing a bit. Not recommended though, especially if engine is under warranty. Other down sides, will pong worse than a diesel, and Parafin not readily available at the water side.
Don't know if you've noticed, but sometimes you meet a road vehicle on a Parafin mix, can tell by the pong, highly illegal, of course.
