Pantaenius are asking for £378 to cover £23000. This allows anyone with my permission to use Isha without my being on board and also single handed at night.
They want payment now yet the policy runs until 2nd May!!
Does this seem ok?

There are others that will say you are being ripped off.

Not me though. My experiance with Pantaenius is that they do have a very good level of cover. Lots of things that are included, where others want extra or just will not cover. You say they want payment now. I think they have just sent you the renewal in good time for you to hunt around if you want to.

I did not get my renewal at all, just got the final demand for payment about a week or so before the insurance ran out. It had gone up a hell of a lot. When I phoned them and said that I wanted more time to check arround etc, they said yes sir no problem. Your boat will still be insured just dont take too long before letting us know if you are going to stay with us.

Good service in my opinion. so you pay your money and take your choice.
