Panama canal

Just heard that Panama is locked (no pun) down or maybe just going through the motions with closing bars and beaches. Not sure what happens to the Panama canal or the yachts already there. This is max time for yachts heading to the pacific to transit the canal. I have been looking for their web cam but i must be having a senior moment cos I can't find it.

Much worse I would think. Hot and humid. Can't swim because of crocodiles, can't sit on deck because of deadly mosquitoes, can't go ashore because of the certainty of getting mugged. I suppose yachts could sail to san blas in a pinch.
