Many thanks for all the supportive messages. And for all the contributions promised for the Macmillan fund.

Mrs Mate is due to go the the Royal Marsden soon and they are one of the best cancer hospitals so we're hoping all will be well. She should get her own Macmillan nurse next week and feels that the contributions are going to a really good cause! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

At the moment she's keeping cheerful by telling me I'm not doing the housework properly. It was never like this on the boat (well not until she did her yachtmaster theory).
