I need do apply some toplak but rain forecast later....is it worth risking if i get it on now?

air temp here far too cold to paint & what ever you are painting if ist been out all night will be cold

If you do you'll end up with a Matt finish and possibly dots of rain will go through to the paint underneath. I did this in Feb so definitely talking from experience. Wait for a better day would be my advice but if you're happy with a less perfect finish then go ahead.
