Jim, I see you are keeping FullCircle at Carters over the winter. My new boat will be joining yours there in a couple of weeks. Have you thought about mooring at Paglesham next year? Deep water all the time and only ten minutes from where you live. I am going there this year.

I first thought of Paglesham ion 2005, but I didnt get the access in the boatyard sorted to my satisfaction. Now there is another guy running it, Steve Adams, I will give him a ring to enquire. But in reality, I like Rice & Coles moorings and the people there, customers and other boat owners.

Paglesham is only 300 quid a year though.... with membership of the Roach Sailing Association.

What boat will you be keeping there now Robyn has gone?
And what will be your next Forum name? /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

It will have to be a male name as some have thought I was a girlie. Thinking of Puma again or Pichot, after the great Gus.

It will be another Malbec 240 (my favorite size) with deep(er) keel, chartplotter and a load of other electronics plus cruising/racing sails.

Should be fun. The boatyard is great now - very friendly and the moorings are pretty idyllic. Plus I can get there in fifteen minutes. Only downside is having to use a tender instead of a club boat.
