Paglesham swinging moorings - Who to contact?

I was thinking of a possible move to Paglesham but despite my best efforts I have faied to find out who actually runs them and how to contact them. I read various posts on here that there are two different outfits, one that runs the upriver moorings and one that runs the downriver ones. I guess there are also some RSA moorings. Can anyone shed any light and perhaps provide some contact details. Cheers
