Having had a very pleasant sail up the Blackwater from Bradwell to Heybridge on Monday, we ended up motoring most of the way back to the Pyefleet 'cos the Blackwater Esturay was like a mill pond. Flatter than a very flat thing it was!

Best weather we've had all year this past week!

We were heading back from St Kats having made Stangate on Friday evening - flatter than a flat thing indeed. Like you, Jim, we got the chute up but not for long...

This was Marconi SC on Sunday morning. A rather useful sea breeze picked up by the middle of the afternoon, even had the AP kite up from Clacton pier to Stone Banks
