I'm planning on going to Lundy wed / thurs on the way to Padstow, and the land forecasts are for 6 / 8 knots easterly. Probably 10 / 12 kn round Lundy
So the question is, anchor / pick up a buoy to the south of Lundy despite easterlies or Jenny's cove ( never been - has anyone?) or go round Bull point and anchor in Mort bay off woolacombe beach?
Maybe Ilfracombe - though a 1.8 draught leaves me out towards the harbour entrance (and with an easterly / north easterly it wont be smooth in there) unless I dry against the wall which I'm reluctant to do.
So what choice do you reckon is best?
