Hi , sorry if this has been said before .Drill out the lock,if its hard use a good masonry drill (cheep ones are no good).Start small take it slow and use oil to keep things cool,increasing the drill size untill the lock is out and she opens.

Have you cracked it yet (pardon the pun)? Without publishing details which would encourage others to visit our boats without permission, have you been able to regain entry - I hope so.
