I have an Oyster 39 we have lived on board for the last 8 years sailing the Med. She is a fat old lady with an amazing amount of room for her size. She is very safe and when we found ourselves in a micro storm in Croatia a force 10 she looked after us admirably. Oyster 39's are fantastic family boats, built to last, strong, fab live aboards and although they are not the fastest boats in the world they have a lot to offer. Biased yes, love my boat and she is probably the best in her class at the moment and due to unforeseen circumstances for sale.
