On another post there is a link to the Fairline Owners club, what a great site.

Does anyone know if there is an equivalent Sealine owners club web site?

Hi Talon this is Talon 2. If you want a Sealine owners forum lets start one. By the way as I am the old man how did I end up as Talon 2? Oh well - I will just go and get my self a third glass of wine.

I felt that Talon was appropraite for the front of the boat, (My half) and Talon2 was just right for the back of the boat, (Your half)..... I hope this makes sense, drink a few more glasses and it will..... /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Talon, you're too kind. I'm currently re-designing the whole site so please take a look in a week or so. As someone else has pointed out, there's a very big Bayliner site (6,500,000 visits to the forum) - http://www.faireyownersclub.co.uk. I believe there's also a newish Princess owners club. Nothing much for Sealine or Sunseeker.

Ah, the mad himself.

Yes, very good site.

I think in that case I may make a Sealine club site, there are plenty of Sealine owners out there and I should be getting my own server in the near future... /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Re: well done petem

i confess that i thought that this would die a death, but have been proved totally wrong! Hooray. It is now bordering on professional - "bordering" only cos it has no adverts (it seems?) and produced by the hard work of petem.

IMHO, a real boon for fairline owners would be a web outlet dedicated to getting spare parts. Not hard to compete if there was such a facility cos getting them via a dealer seems to take weeks and weeks, who them sleves protest thatit takes "weeks" from Fairline ....

Re: New Club

I propose a site where all boat owners can join. After all they all have the same choice of engines, fridges, electronics, cushions etc. The only difference between one and another is the shape of the plastic. So lets have a forum, we can call it eerrr, mm? Motor Boat And Eeerrr? We can have a flag as well. Can any one think of a design. Then we can natter on about comlete rubbish and even meet up, with the aid of the flag to find each other! A daft idea I know but just a thought.

<hr width=100% size=1> <font color=blue>No one can force me to come here.<font color=red> I'm a volunteer!!.<font color=blue>
