Own Boat Tuition...again

Help needed people.
Does anybody know of a trustworthy, patient dependable salt who is a good teacher and operates around the Medway area? Very appreciated if you do.
Is there a skipper that you'd recommend to lend a hand with some 'own boat tuition' in the next couple of months?

I havent used them but have heard good things from Elite sailing based in Chatham, who do own boat tuition. However, I think a better route might be to join a club. Hoo Ness is just across the river from you, and I am sure there would be plenty of people willing to give you a hand.

If anyone in the South West is in a similar position I am sure that I am not alone in being willing to offer informal own-boat tuition. When I was learning I was fortunate to have sailing colleagues who came along on my first few outings and were always willing to point me in the correct direction.
