As some may kno have been trying to make boat interior look a bit less Austin Powers Shagtastic and have been tarting down cabin.

Finally got round to looking at galley (thats the kitchen anyone west of Teddington) but trying to find a nice bit of smallish work top is proving virtually impossible and do not need (or more to point pay for) 3-4m length.
Any suggestions, would prefer something that is fairly light colour and a bit woody if at all poss .

I've got a bit of wickes flecked grey work top left from when I did my utility room , it's 28mm as opposed to 38mm too.

I've also got some wickes ebony star work top left from the kitchen. You are more than welcome to it , it's not wood effect , but it's free !

How big do you need it ?

Err ....thanks Howard most generous, but thats exactly whats there at the moment.:)
Am actually bidding on Ebay at moment somebody just down road in Aylesford has got a bit solid Beech up for sale.

Try Benchmark or any other Wickes/ B and Qit kitchen type and seek out damaged worktops. I bought a 4 mtr length originally over £100 but with a damaged area cost me £25.

Thanks to all who responded both on and off the frum.Am now the proud owner of bit of sold Beech which if you were bit three sheets and squinted a bit,you could delude yerself that you were on a Sunseeker.
