Outdrive choice advice please for project

Hi Folks
Coronet 24 stripped out as a dayboat/speedboat style, guessing at 1500kg(spec lists normal C24 at 2000kg)
Cummins 4B-250 engine(240hp at 3000rpm/torque 488ftlbs)
Hoping for about 32-35 knots?
Which outdrive to look for?
So far the internet suggests:
Not an Alpha(not strong enough)
Not a Bravo 2(for heavier and slower boats)
Is Bravo 3 the correct option? What is a Brave 1 for?
I know nothing about other makes….(I had B3s in my Triana)

A Bravo 1 will work with that engine combination but a Bravo 3 will get you up on the plane more easily. B1 is for going fast and B2 is as you stated and B3 is for high hp installations and/or faster heavier boats.
