hi can anyone tell me where i can get a old yamaha outboard 70hp service and repair manual or free download

You can download owners manuals, which cover the routine servicing, for models sold in the USA from 1998 to the present.

Cannot help with anything earlier, any models not sold in the USA or with workshop manuals sorry.

If on the other hand if it was Mercury, Mariner, Johnson or Evinrude manuals you wanted .......

Not a repair manual but I've found this site very useful when stripping an 8hp yam and a 60hp Merc.
