Outboard origami?

Is it just us that suffers this annual trauma? Every year it's the bl00dy same, trying to figure out how the lifting harness (Tote it says on the destructions) fits around the outboard. I have stayed out of it this year, nonetheless, I am hearing a few expletives coming from the cockpit.

I had a cover made for the outboard cowling that included a built in harness and never take it off ....so much simpler
