I cannot remember whether my fuel container for my 2 stroke outboard is ready mixed with the oil, or "clean". Is there any safe way to tell? If not would it harm to dose it again? Or what if I put it in my car to use it up, would that do any damage?
Any suggestions?
Thanks

I'd dose it again if its 100:1

2T oil is usually colored. I can see Quicksilver at 50:1

If its a can of petrol you have kept over the winter assume its not mixed... add oil but use it mixed a bit at a time with a fresh mixture.

Let some evaporate. If its already mixed it will leave an oily film.

Personally I'd not put it in a car with a "Cat". No evidence to suggest there will be problem but better to be safe.
Use it in the lawn mower etc

Put it in my car... that has no Cat

If it's a richer mixture, say 50:1 or more, one can both see the oil and if you dip a finger in it then rub fingers, feel it.

However as VicS says, donate it to a lawnmower if in the slightest doubt, dodgy 'I wonder if ?' fuel has no place on a boat, Neptune can come up with plenty of 'Gotchas' without handing it to him on a plate...
