Our Not so new West 670!

Good afternoon,

So, I am totally new to this, but it looks really interesting, and possibly very informative. My partner and I have just recently purchased a 1989 Weston 670. As this seems to be a pretty go vessel of choice for beginners!

She is moored in Surrey UK.

Just wondering if there is anyone out there who could offer any information, advise etc or even just point us in any right direction when it comes to this vessel. Was also wondering is it possible that we can get interior parts/spares for her, as she seems very reliable, but requires some TLC in the cabin department!

Any information would really be appreciated!

From a very quick Google the Weston is described as a 4 berth river cruiser usually outbound powered and around 150 built.

No help to the OP I'm afraid!

Can't be much help on the boat itself, but the majority of older boats (mines only a year newer) will have had very similar equipment fitted, so while we may not be able to tell you were to get parts for your specific boat, put up some descriptions, photos, dimensions etc of the parts you want to replace and there's a good chance someone here will know where to get them.

Plus be sure to put up a photo of your boat.

Simply a note that I too am a new Weston 670 owner, or rather an owner who is new to a Weston 670 - mine dates from 1981. Likely this is a thread resurrection but wondered how you got on with yours?
