Edit at 10:32: Tim has now called me using the number I left in Vancouver. Emails are not getting through tho' - all very odd. So, Octopus are definitely in business!

I have had emails to Europe and Canada rejected, an email to Tim Bell's personal email (last used in 2012) unanswered and a phone call to the Vancouver sales line unanswered (I left a contact number). I've not found anything on Google about them folding.
Does anyone know the status of the company or had recent contact with them?
