I know some/a few share my liking for a certain Belgian beer - Duvel.

It is possible to visit the brewery and sample the produce.
Whilst we're in Ostend, why not?

I 'might' be able to arrange transport to/from (minibus)

I was thinking of Saturday 29th May - two tours on a Saturday 11H00 and 14H00. Minimum in party: 15
Cost of the tour: €6 p/p (more details on www.duvel.com)

Before I book a tour and start sorting transport, who - if anyone - would be interested?

sorry to be rubbish and vague, but I've responded 'might'.

I need to check with the crew (can do this weekend) and if we came there'd be 3 of us. Two would stay behind (the teetotaller and the child!).

Update

OK - first day back at work.
Contacted MT - transport still available.
It's a Merc minibus: seats 14 + driver.
Ideal as we need 15 to form a party - if I can let Duvel know in time, an English language tour could be arranged.
Use of minibus is conditional on me doing the driving.
So, that leaves 14 visitors.
Also from Duvel.
Tour not really suitable for anyone younger than 16 - minimum drinking age in Belgium (how very civilised :p )

So, can you - especially the 'might's (and those lurking in the wings - that means you sailorman) work out amongst yourselves who wants to go - if still interested.

Due to duty travel in the near future (Italy & Turkey) I would need confirmation of attendance NLT next week Wednesday (21/04).

As said earlier: cost of Duvel tour is €6 p/p.
Use of minibus is free, though (not confirmed yet) they might want us to top up tank before we drop it off upon return. I would suggest we share cost amongst 15.

Ostend Trip.

Regret that due to impending funeral of long time friend, Highland Lass will not be making the OT at the end of the month......Hope all goes well for you all, and will hope to catch up later in year.

Jomo & Mrs Jomo still in.

Caveat - father v Ill, in hospital, not given many days, but has always been strong willed & quite likely to surprise us all with his tenacity. All my plans are, of course subject to him at the mo.
