Ospreys

Not terribly boaty but may be of interest to some...

Chris & I just got home after three days pottering up & down the Deben. Weather wasn't up to much but seeing an osprey flying up the river near Waldringfield on Thursday afternoon + another (or possibly the same bird) hovering over the water below Ramsholt on Friday more than made up for it!

btw: We regularly see marsh harriers & the occasional buzzard - they were definitely ospreys.

I have seen a nesting Perigreen falcon on the east Coast,i wont give specifics as their eggs get robbed.
