It may be the abbreviated version, but I still find it a very useful introduction to a proper understanding of the cause and its solution. :)
ps. It’s not that abbreviated - it’s still 36 pages of information, which is more than enough detail for most to plough through and understand.

Absolutely .... my reply was not to deride it in any way ..... just commenting that Nigel produced a two volume description some years ago.
